MY PROCESS
As Lead Communications Designer and Videographer at Venture International, I was tasked with creating training videos for onboarding board members at various organizations. With the theme of a televised news broadcast in mind, my team and I worked together to write and create a series that put the news anchor of Venture International News Network on a mission to teach board members their functions, roles, on responsibilities in a fun and engaging process.
My role in each video production was director, audio technician, video editor, and motion graphic artist. All videos would be used in board governance training and would include a worksheet for board members to fill out as they watched each video. Along with being used for training, the videos would be posted on social media for anyone to watch and learn at their own leisure.
